A fistful of masoor Dal, you can use Chana Dal if vegetarian
Water to just cover the vegetables or ingredients in the cooker.
Now, pressure cook for 3 whistle and mash it all, add salt as per taste.
Garnish with coriander/Vietnamese mint or mosundari.
It goes well with steamed rice
